Operates multiline telephone system to answer incoming calls; directs callers to appropriate personnel by performing the following duties; completes a variety of administrative duties (Incoming & outgoing e-mails, fax, filing).
Responsible for company documents; such as invoice and stationary storage.
Documenting and maintaining our client’s database for mail merging for Holidays/ informative procedure; achievements and success of our company.
Receiving cheques from accounts and provide it to clients/ suppliers.
Maintaining Labor related documents.

Gender – Female
Nationality – Pilipino / Indian
Experience : Minimum 1 Year in Administrative in UAE.
Fluent in English & knowledge of additional languages is preferred.
