Songwon Additive Technologies is hiring a Customer Service/Internal Admin Representative with the below Role and Requirements:
The CS / IA function is responsible for the efficient handling of the customer interface through timely and responsive actions in the execution of customer orders from order entry through until invoicing & payment. The function also handles miscellaneous customer requests in close liaison with all local and international departments concerned.
The function provides an administrative anchor within Songwon Additive Technologies in support of Sales and Regional Management.
The CS/IA Representative should have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. In addition, a verbal and written knowledge of Arabic would be a distinct advantage.
Strong selling, organizational and problem solving skills are necessary, as is a good understanding of the customer service process and logistics / documentation required to move goods internationally,
Computer literacy is a pre-requisite. Experience of working with integrated business software (ERP) such as SAP, Oracle or Dynamics would be a major advantage, although training will be given.
The CS/IA Representative should be a motivated self-starter. Able to work in a team or independently as required. Previous experience should include customer service, logistics / distribution, preferably in an international, Middle Eastern environment.
The CS/IA Representative should be able to demonstrate positive attitude under pressure combined with the ability to balance multiple priorities in order to achieve objectives.
