How to Cancel Labour Ban UAE

How to Cancel Labour Ban is usually the question employees asked in the UAE or Dubai when moving to another job after not being able to fulfill their labour contract for certain reasons. An automatic 6-month ban is imposed to those who resign or were relieved from their job without mutual termination with their employer and those who haven’t stayed in their company for at least 6 months (for those unskilled workers – for skilled workers with Educational Degree, the 6-month rule doesn’t apply).
