Job Overview:

Reporting to the Supervisor, Inside Sales, this role is primarily responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and effectively solve customer issues/concerns.  This involves providing professional and efficient customer service, identifying customer needs, processing orders and promoting the sales of McCoy products and services.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop account information and intelligence to assist Outside Sales by checking customer’s buying history; suggesting related and new items stocking levels
  • In conjunction with Quality, Supply Chain and Manufacturing, coordinates RMA documentation and reporting and tracking problems for the Hemisphere/s
  • Review Purchase Orders for accuracy of approved terms, price, revision, delivery, duplication and special instructions and resolve any discrepancies.  Enter customer requirements into business system
  • Schedule customer delivery requirements in accordance with ERP System availability
  • Maintain the order entry system to assure accurate shipping, invoicing, terms and schedule requirements, working within established production planning guidelines
  • Respond to customer delivery concerns, involving any necessary member of the manufacturing terms in order to effectively solve customer problems
  • Convert Budgetary Quotes into formal quotations with terms & conditions and assist in tracking for follow up
  • Fills orders by transferring orders to fulfillment; communicating expected delivery date; explaining stock-outs
  • Assist in maintaining financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Forward sales leads to outside sales to action
  • May recommend replacement/stocking needs for aftermarket parts based on sales order through Hemisphere GM’s
  • Perform Initial sales order review for billing and end-destination monitoring
  • Assists in credit monitoring and alerting Sales Team of credit line limits
  • Interacts with Manufacturing Operations regarding products, services, lead-times and delivery schedule; communicates with outside sales
  • Maintains communication with Quality and Service regarding warranty and customer complaints

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2-3 years of inside sales experience or customer service
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a large variety of stakeholders both verbally and written
  • Exhibit a strong Customer/Client Focus
  • Adaptability and Flexibility with changing priorities and deadlines
  • Accepts ownership for new and incoming requests; explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Product knowledge and understanding of applications where and how products are used
  • Strong computer proficiency in software applications including analysis, letter writing, email communications, graphic and technical drawings.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE and willing to travel
